Once your happy with your website, we will push the go live button to make it visible to the world. Once your website goes live we will be providing some assistance with some minor changes that may have been missed in the creation of your monthly website. Your website can be live as quick as 3 days from the signed contract. All you need to do is agree to the new monthly website and a member of the team will get started.
The contract is for 12 months rolling with 1 month cancellation period
All payments will be taken via Direct Debit. You will be able to set this up electronically or we can provide a link to help set this up for you.
Yes. Your monthly payments will be deducted from the total cost of your website.
If you decide your in a position to take ownership of your website and would like to, contact our accounts department or your monthly website accounts manager and they will be able to calculate any outstanding balance.
Once the balance is cleared you’ll be free to do what you would like with your website, but you will lose the supported services that are provided by us (Hosting, SSL, Support, Email)

The upgrade could take 1-2 business days, but this will not effect your live website.
